January’s auto sales saw plugin EVs at 51.6% share in Sweden, down slightly YoY from 52.5% in January 2024. BEV share was fractionally up YoY.
November’s auto sales saw plugin EVs take 21.6% share in France, a drop from 25.0% year on year (YoY). Most of the drop came from weak PHEVs.
December saw plugin EVs take 62.8% share in Sweden, down slightly from 63.1% year-on-year. BEV share increased YoY.
The December auto market saw plugin EVs take 89.8% share in Norway, up from 89.6% year on year. BEVs saw a slight dip in share.
November saw plugin EVs at 22.8% share in Germany, down from 25.7% year on year. BEV sales were down YoY, though from an elevated baseline.
November saw plugin EVs take 35.3% share of the UK auto market, up from 25.7% year on year. BEVs grew volume by 58% YoY, and took 25 share.

October saw plugin EVs take 62.2% share in Sweden, up slightly YoY from 60.6%. BEV volume fell YoY, though PHEV volume increased.
October’s auto market saw plugin EVs at 23.5% share in France, down from 26.5% year on year. Only Standard hybrids (HEVs) saw YoY growth.
